NCAA D1

Chase Bond, Defensive End, NC State

The Wolfpack of North Carolina State stunned undefeated, 8th-ranked Georgia Tech. Chase Bond was in on the action– he split a sack of Tech quarterback Haynes King and picked up an assist.

DaOne Owens, Quarterback, Slippery Rock

DaOne Owens went 19-34 in the air with 229 yards and 2 touchdowns for Slippery Rock. He also rushed 7 times for 51 yards (7.3ypc). He is up to over 300 yards rushing on the season with 7 touchdowns and has 1269 yards passing with 13 touchdowns.

Nolan Hendricks, Kicker/Punter, Wooster

Nolan Hendricks nailed 7-7 extra points for Wooster, making him 29-29 on the year. Hendricks also punted 5 times for 187 yards (37.4 per kick) with a long of 59 yards. He kicked off 8 times as well.

Chris Knight, Shooting Guard, Mount Union

Chris Knight and the Purple Raiders scrimmaged Malone on Thursday evening. Knight had 9 points, was 1 of 3 on 3-pointers, 2 of 3 from 2, and 2/2 on free throws. He also added 2 rebounds and an assist.
