Football is ramping up. The NFL preseason has been underway for a couple of weeks, and one Tiger has been able to show out.
NFL Preseason Week 2: Dean Clark, New York Jets
The New York Jets had a disappointing 31-12 loss against the New York Giants last Sunday. There was one bright spot, however– rookie safety Dean Clark. The Massillon alum led the Jets with 6 tackles, sacked Giants quarterback Jameis Winston, intercepted a pass from quarterback Tommy DeVito, recorded 2 pass defenses, 1 quarterback hit, and 1 tackle-for-loss. It was quite the performance for the undrafted free agent– one that will hopefully turn heads in the Jets’ organization. Watch for Clark on Sundays this season!
