Alumni Highlights: September 1-7

Ardell Banks, Redshirt Sophomore Wide Receiver, Kent State

Ardell Banks led the Flashes in receiving versus Texas Tech on Saturday. Banks caught 2 passes for 49 yards– his long was 38 yards.

Jayden Ballard, Senior Wide Receiver, Wisconsin

Jayden Ballard is finally having a shot to play consistently. He picked up 73 yards on 2 receptions (2nd on the team) for the Badgers. A 58-yard touchdown (video below) highlighted his day.

Ja’Meir Gamble, Freshman Running Back, Mercyhurst

Freshman Ja’Meir Gamble picked up a career-high 58 yards on the ground in his second game for Mercyhurst. He had 10 rushing attempts and also recorded 1 catch for 14 yards.

Dorian Pringle, Sophomore Linebacker, Bowling Green

Dorian Pringle is a defensive machine for the Falcons of Bowling Green. He recorded 10 tackles (team-leading) and forced a fumble (video below) against P4 school Cincinnati.

Magnus Haines, Grad Student Punter, Ohio University

Ohio University stunned West Virginia on Saturday. Punter Magnus Haines contributed to that win– his 4 punts traveled for 165 yards (41.2 avg). Haines’ longest punt was 49 yards.

Nolan Hendricks, Freshman Kicker/Punter, College of Wooster

Nolan Hendricks handled the kickoff duties last season for the Tigers. This season he is starting as a true freshman for the Wooster Scots. In his collegiate debut Hendricks went 5-5 on extra points, punted 4 times, and kicked off 5 times.
