Willtrell Hartson, Running Back, Ashland

Willtrell Hartson picked up his second rushing touchdown of the year and was Ashland’s 2nd leading rusher in Saturday’s game versus Ohio Dominican. Hartson totaled 44 yards on 10 carries.

DaOne Owens, Quarterback, Slippery Rock

DaOne Owens went 11-19 in the air with 183 passing yards and a touchdown. He also picked up 40 yards (22 net) on the ground on 9 rushes– he had a pair of rushing touchdowns. The Rock trailed several times against Indiana (PA) but prevailed due to a pair of late touchdowns from Owens.

Nolan Hendricks, Kicker/Punter, Wooster

Nolan Hendricks had quite the day. He punted 6 times, booting a pair for over 50 yards and one for a career-long 65 yards. He also put 2 punts inside the 20 yard line. Hendricks stayed perfect on the year in extra point tries (21-21) as he went 3-3 on the day. He hit a field goal from 30 yards out and also kicked off 5 times.

Christian Kring, Linebacker, Wooster

Christian Kring also had a good day versus Ohio Wesleyan. He picked up 3 tackles, had a sack and a tackle-for-loss, and also recorded a pass breakup.
